How to Enroll
Before Enrolling Please Read
Below is the Items you will need before filling out the enrollment form. Please have all of these items ready before you start completing the enrollment form. You will not be able to save your progress.
RECENT PICTURE
Because our classes are online we ask for a recent photo of our students. This allows us as a staff to get to know better. It assists us in taking attendance and allows to get your profile setup in our system. Please ensure your file size is under 8mb.
PERSONAL TESTIMONY
Please include a 2 to 3 page testimony. Write a description of your salvation experience, Healings you have experienced, including your ministry experiences, if you have pastored or taught Bible studies and your passions for ministry, (what ministry do you feel God has called you to do). Give a description of your commitment to Christ, Water Baptism, Baptism in the Holy Spirit, doctrinal belief, any gifts, or talents that you have that you believe God will use to get the gospel into the hearts and lives of people God places in your life.

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
Please include a letter of recommendation from your Pastor, Ministry Leader or Mentor in the church or fellowship you are associated with. This is a mandatory requirement in order for you to complete your enrollment. We want to ensure that you have a mentor there to help ensure your academic success.
